IGT Bianco Grati
A typical Bianco with freshness and harmony. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The maceration lasts 3-4 weeks. After fermentation it is stored in steel until bottling. The nose presents a fresh citrus note. A very fresh and long Bianco, with a nice flavor

IGT Rosè di Toscana Grati
A typical Rosé with freshness and harmony. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The bright pink color is the result of a short maceration, for few hours in contact with the skins. At the end of this first phase, the must is separated from the skins and the vinification continues, using only steel containers to maintain the freshness of the product. On the nose it is floral with cherry aromas. A very fresh and long Rosé, with a nice flavor.
IGT Rosso di Toscana Grati
A typical Rosso with a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero and Colorino. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. The nose has floral tones with cherry fruits and some herbaceous undertones. A round and smooth Rosso. It has a nice freshness. This is a wine for any occasion.
Chianti Grati
A Chianti from the Tuscan hills. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks. The nose of this Chianti shows floral tones with cherry-like fruit and some herbaceous nuances. The wine is defined by its elegant lightness, a frothy acidity and fine tannins.
Chianti BIO Grati
A Chianti from the Tuscan hills. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks. The nose of this Chianti shows floral tones with cherry-like fruit and some herbaceous nuances. The wine is defined by its elegant lightness, a frothy acidity and fine tannins.
Chianti Riserva Grati
A structured Chianti Riserva. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration lasts three weeks. The wine ages for two years in large wooden barrels. It is then bottled and refined in the bottle before being released for sale.
Rosso di Toscana Cabernet & Merlot Grati
An intense Cabernet Merlot. The Merlot is harvested in mid-September and the Cabernet in mid-October. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and then refined in barrique and tonneau for 1 year. On the nose it presents aromas of vanilla and fruit with some herbaceous nuances.
Canaiolo Nero di Toscana
Mondo Canaiolo
Canaiolo Nero Grati takes the name of Mondo Canaiolo because there are many clones and therefore it contains more varieties of Canaiolo Nero in the vineyard. The harvest takes place between mid-September and mid-October. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature without the addition of selected yeasts. The maceration lasts 3-4 weeks. After fermentation, part of it remains in steel tanks and part is refined in tonneaux before being reunited in steel tanks.
Sangiovese di Toscana Filichete
Filichete embodies the finesse of Sangiovese and the breadth of Merlot’s flavours.
Inside we find Sangiovese, Merlot and Occhio di Pernice. The harvest takes place between mid-September and mid-October. The vinification takes place in steel tanks then refined for 12 months in oak tonneaux.
